Kevin is very knowledgeable and keeps his place very clean and is fish are healthy. He also has a wide variety of cichlids. Add stack my 135 gallon aquarium mostly with his fish and it is beautiful

The store is well layed out and has plenty of room to walk around. They have a great variety of fish and supplies, all at great prices. Looking at the tanks you can tell this is a great fish store, not a big box chain that also happens to have fish. Tanks are clean and fish are all super healthy.

The owner, Kevin, is super down-to-earth. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and can answer your questions without making you feel like an idiot! You can tell he has this store because he loves the hobby. He is willing to take the time to chat with you, offer advice, and listen to what your into, not push you into something.
Hello fellow fish enthusiast, I have gone to fins and things about ten times now and have been to many fish stores. Kevin the owner of fins and things is very one on one with you and has the best pricing on fish by far unless you want to risk buying pet store fish that who knows how long their fish are going to live or how many fish they will take to the toilet along with them. He does not try to up sell and he is very caring and has a neat experience for you, although being a small shop I have never spent less then an hour in his shop. About half of his fish he has raised himself and his methods of tank set ups offer great display for viewing. I am a big pleco guy and all of my rare pleco came from fins and things in fact all of my fish but one came from Fins and things and I have a 75 gallon and two 30 gallons. He is the best local fresh water fish shop around unless you want to drive to Detroit cleaveland or Columbus for that one fish you always wanted that Kevin may not have.
A big box stores was having a tank sale and I called to check if Fins & Things was close on price. They weren't.... They were WAY under!
